Prior to the session, we will typically communicate with you to discuss the details such as the location, the purpose of the shoot, your preferences, and any specific shots you want to achieve.
Arrive at the chosen location a little early to get settled. The photographer will likely scout the area to identify the best spots for shooting based on lighting and backgrounds.
Allow some time for you to relax and feel comfortable in front of the camera. The photographer may suggest some warm-up poses or activities to help you ease into the session.
Expect to take a variety of shots. Our Photographers usually try different angles, poses, and settings to capture the best images. Be open to spontaneous ideas that might arise during the shoot.
Our Photographer will guide you through poses. If you're unsure of how to pose, don't hesitate to ask for direction to help achieve natural-looking images.
Be prepared for changes in lighting conditions, especially if the session spans several hours. Our Photographer will adjust accordingly, which might involve moving to different areas or adjusting camera settings.
If the session is lengthy, the photographer may suggest taking short breaks to hydrate, rest, and review shots. This also helps to keep up energy levels and maintain a positive atmosphere.
In addition to posed shots, the photographer may capture candid moments. These on-the-spot images can convey genuine emotions and interactions, which often result in some of the best photographs.
At the end of the session, the photographer will typically review the key images with you and discuss any next steps regarding editing and delivery of the final photos.
After the shoot, stay in touch for updates on the photo editing process. Photographers often take time to curate and polish the images before delivering the final products to you.
